QUALITY ASSURANCE

The rapid rise of interactive learning technologies has generated uncertainty about what constitutes effective interactive learning and a desire for reliable guidelines and standards. We contributed to the Canadian Quality Assurance Guidelines for Multimedia Learning, sponsored by Industry Canada to address this need. We help our clients apply these guidelines and benchmarked standards of best practices to quality assurance testing and program evaluations. The Guidelines are published by McGraw-Hill as Quality Standards for Evaluating Multimedia and Online Training. (ASTD endorsed)
